  1. Assalamualaikum. My name is Sadia Noureen. I am 17 years old. I have some problem. But I don’t know whether it’s my mental problem or not. Sometimes I start feeling bad all of a sudden. Then my heart rate increases, I feel nauseous, I don’t like to talk to anyone, I feel worse when someone talks, I feel dizzy sometimes, I can’t stand, I can’t even drink water. I feel anxious for no reason. But I tell everyone that this is happening for gastric. But I know it’s not for gastric. Sometimes it feels like a panic attack.

  2. I have depression, anxiety, abondonment issues, and attachment issues.I always overthink.I barely finish my meal..I drain out just after talking 2-3 bites..I usually play with my food..I take 1-2 sip of water each day..I didn’t self harmed for 8 months.I had panic attack few times.I mostly have suicidal thoughts and don’t know the value of life…I can’t take complements because I don’t believe it.I have low esteem of myself.I struggle to sleep at night early due to overthinking. So I watch brain rotting storytails so that I don’t overthink all night and feel lonely.I repeat weird brain rotting shows usually more instead of starting something new.I lose motivation quickly..I mostly do nothing exapt scrolling phone or watching tv.I don’t have even hobby now.I just prefer sleep mostly or tv…So what my symptoms are telling?

    1. Hello Anika
Thank you for sharing so openly. What you’re describing sounds like a mix of depression, anxiety, abandonment and attachment issues—possibly rooted in past trauma. The overthinking, sleep struggles, low self-worth, loss of motivation, and eating difficulties are all signs your mind is overwhelmed and trying to cope. Watching repetitive shows or isolating isn’t laziness—it’s survival mode. You’ve shown strength by not self-harming for 8 months. That matters. Please consider reaching out to a mental health professional—you deserve support and healing. You’re not alone. 💙
